About Us

AA Mission Acquisition Corp is a blank check company formed for the purpose to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. We intend to focus on industries that complement our management team and board of director’s background and network, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team and board of directors to identify and acquire a business, focusing on the food and beverage industry. But we have not selected any specific business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, engaged in any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target with respect to an initial business combination with us. While we also intend to focus our search on businesses in Asia, we are not limited to a particular industry or geographic region for purposes of consummating an initial business combination.
